I was overwhelmed by this wine, produced by Strauss Family (Weingut Strauss, Gamlitz). The wine impresses by its complexity. It is well-structured, mineral, elegant, and with a wide range of flavors and aromas, as elderflowers, rose, and mint.

The pearls add an outstanding freshness and intensity, the minerality of the grape, and prolong the indulgence of

• fish as tartars or sashimis,
• desserts.
• But the combination of these pearls with oysters is a happy marriage made in heaven!
