Sherry Pedro Ximénez – The Pearl That Started It All. This was our very first creation — the product that shaped our direction. Enriched with sweet notes of coffee and chocolate from Pedro Ximénez Sherry liqueur, it remains a standout companion to liver pâté, steaks, meats, and a variety of cheeses. Originally developed for our pearls, this vinegar blends ripe mango with the subtle luxury of saffron, which protects the fruit’s flavour, enhances its richness, and adds a gentle honey note.
