Each pearl is filled with high-quality fruit, spice, or vinegar extracts and encased in a delicate, plant-based shell made from algae. They are completely clean-label: free from artificial additives, preservatives, gluten, or unnecessary ingredients.
03.How do I use them?
The pearls are ready to use. Simply spoon them onto your dishes—starters, mains, desserts, or cocktails. They bring refinement, creativity, and a little culinary magic with zero effort.
Tip: For best results, place the pearls shortly before serving. They hold their shape and texture for around 2–3 hours, but are most vibrant when freshly plated.
04.Can I use them on hot dishes?
Yes. The pearls are thermally stable from -18°C to 160°C. When placed on a hot steak, soup, sauce, or warm vegetables, they heat up instantly, and the flavors become even more intense.
To warm them gently beforehand, place them in hot water for a few seconds, then plate as desired.
05.Can I mix different pearls on one dish?
Of course! Mixing different pearls opens up a world of creativity and surprise — for you and your guests. You can design each bite differently, build layers of aroma, and create playful pairings.
06.Can I use the liquid inside the jar?
Yes, absolutely! The liquid surrounding the pearls is the same high-quality extract used inside them. It’s perfect for sauces, dressings, or marinades. Just one important note: never leave the pearls without liquid. Always keep them fully covered to preserve their texture and freshness.
07.How should I store them?
Most of our pearls and globes have a shelf life of around 1 year, making them a reliable pantry companion for professional and mobile kitchens.
Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place or in the fridge. Once opened, keep them refrigerated and consume within around 8 weeks. You can also freeze them—the texture remains unchanged.
They are easy to use and take up little space—ideal for settings with limited storage. Especially on boats or yachts, you’ll always have access to refined seasoning even without fresh herbs or plants every day.
08.Are they vegan and gluten-free?
Most of our pearls are 100% vegan and gluten-free, including the Pure Taste, Pure Spice, and Tasty Globes lines.
The Pure Sauce collection includes a few non-vegan pearls—such as Duck, Lobster, and Bouillabaisse — clearly labeled and made with authentic ingredients.

Yes! All our recipes are carefully adjusted to in-flight conditions, where taste perception is naturally reduced due to altitude, cabin pressure, and dry air.

12.What is the health benefit of using pearls in catering?
In catering, dishes are often prepared in advance, and to compensate for fading flavors, they’re commonly overseasoned — especially with salt.
With our pearls, there’s no need to oversalt or mask the dish. The intense flavor is released directly on the palate, right at the moment of tasting. The pearls expose the palate to the flavored liquid in a focused, aromatic way—awakening the taste buds and allowing for lighter, more precise seasoning.

PURE SPICE pearls contain the essence of a single, pure spice in a form you can place directly on the dish.
Spices like vanilla, saffron, or pepper are normally too intense to be used alone. These pearls make pure spice gentle, aromatic, and accessible — without carriers, dilution, or harshness.
